Information We Collect

When you sign in, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, user ID, and profile photo provided by your sign-in provider. We also collect gameplay information such as puzzles solved, Daily Run scores, streaks, leaderboard entries, duel scores, friend requests, friend relationships, and app preferences.

If you enable notifications, we collect and store push notification tokens so we can send friend request and Daily Run notifications. If you purchase a subscription or restore purchases, we process purchase information such as product ID, transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchase dates, expiration dates, and store environment.

Analytics And Ads

Puzzlo uses analytics to understand app performance and gameplay activity, including events such as app opens, mode selections, puzzle solves, skipped puzzles, Daily Run activity, duel activity, ad impressions, and purchase-related actions.

Puzzlo may show ads using Google Mobile Ads. Advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers, ad interaction data, and related usage information according to their own policies and your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide core app features, including account sign-in, friend search, friend requests, leaderboards, Daily Run results, duel rooms, push notifications, purchase verification, ad removal, analytics, support, security, fraud prevention, and app improvement.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate Puzzlo, including Firebase, Expo push notifications, Google Mobile Ads, Apple services, and payment or subscription infrastructure. We may also share limited gameplay information with other users when needed for social features, such as leaderboards, friend lists, friend requests, and duel rooms.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

Your Choices

You can choose not to sign in, although some features require an account. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings. You can manage ad tracking and personalized advertising options through your device settings. You can request account deletion in the app from the account screen.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Puzzlo, maintain records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and support app functionality. Some temporary gameplay data, such as expired friend requests or ended duel rooms, may be removed automatically.

Children

Puzzlo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date or provide notice through the app or website.
